Our Story

Penn Tax Group’s purpose is to hold Pennridge School District to the highest standard of educating the students at a cost that the people living in Pennridge can afford. PTG wants the district to be transparent and tell us how they are spending our taxes. Spending is watched to make sure it’s not wasteful and that all students benefit from the board’s decisions, not just a favored few. PTG also wants community religions and traditions to be respected.

PTG offers links to education articles, YouTube videos, and discussions about local developments. Volunteers take their personal time to submit right-to-know requests, post articles, video board meetings, maintain the “PTG PennTaxGroup” YouTube channel, present info from PA Dept. of Education’s web site, write editorials, etc. If you have an idea or information to share, send it to PTG at [email protected] and it will be considered. Your privacy, as the contributor, will be maintained.

This brings up the subject of “privacy.” PTG content contributors put forth their ideas, not personal identities. Contributors will not be doxxed. That is important if the flow of information is to continue.

All persons are welcome to post their opinions about the topic of discussion. Inquiries about the staff’s’ personal information are off limits and will be deleted. If you disagree with PTG’s viewpoint, do so with civility and thoughtfulness. If you agree, we appreciate your support and civil discussion. PTG looks forward to your help in making sure tax dollars are spent wisely and with transparency by the Pennridge School District and that the students get a great education.
