You Have a Living Trust. But Do You Know If It’s Funded?

Getting your living trust signed is an important step.

But here’s a question most people aren’t asked afterward:

Do you actually know what happened with your assets after the documents were signed?

Not think.

Know.

Your trust may be completely in order.

But if you’re like many families we talk with, you may not be completely sure how your home is titled, whether beneficiary designations were addressed, or whether everything that was supposed to happen actually happened.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong.

It simply means it may be worth finding out.

That’s why we created the Claim My Legacy™ Trust Funding Review™.

We’ll help you look at what you own today, how it’s currently held, what appears to have already been addressed, and what, if anything, may deserve further attention.

No assumption that something is wrong.
No scare tactics.
Just answers.

Because peace of mind doesn’t come from assuming everything was handled.

It comes from knowing.

If you already have a living trust and would like to know where things stand, message me “REVIEW” or scan the QR code on the flyer to request your free Trust Funding Review™.

🦁 The right letter. The right time. The right result.

Here’s a hard truth every estate planning professional knows:
Creating a trust is only half the job.

In the U.S., failing to properly fund a trust is one of the most common (and costly) estate planning mistakes. Industry estimates suggest that 60–80% of trusts are never fully funded, leaving families facing unnecessary probate, delays, extra costs, and outcomes that don’t match the client’s wishes.

An unfunded trust is just an empty legal shell. Assets left in individual names still go through probate, defeating the entire purpose of the plan.

That’s exactly why the Claim My Legacy™ Correspondence Library™ was created.

35 professionally written, fully editable templates designed specifically for trust funding.

✅ Know which letter to send
✅ Customize and send with confidence
✅ Protect professional boundaries
✅ Guide clients from discovery all the way to closing the loop

Communicate clearly. Protect the process. Get results.

This exclusive resource is only available from Claim My Legacy Estate Planning.

Because love deserves a plan… and every plan deserves to actually work.

Does a "simple Will" actually keep your family out of Arizona probate court? ❌

The simple answer surprises most people.

Many Arizona families put a basic Will in place thinking their life's work is completely protected. But under Arizona law, a Will is practically a formal invitation for the state to step into your private family business. It’s a direct ticket to probate court, a process that can easily drag on for 9 to 18 months, drain thousands in legal fees, and lay your private assets bare to the public record.
You’ve spent a lifetime building your legacy. Why hand a chunk of it over to court administrative fees?

Join us tonight for a completely relaxed, interactive discovery workshop:

Texas BBQ & Estate Truths: Free Probate Workshop

This is not a dry legal lecture. We don't do boring, endless slide decks. Instead, we turn the tables: you bring your real-world questions, and together we map out the practical answers over great food.

Where: Rudy’s BBQ (Private Room) | 1733 N Higley Rd, Gilbert, AZ
When: Tonight, June 18th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Cost: 100% FREE

Early Bird Perk: The first 5 attendees to arrive in the room tonight will receive a $15 Rudy's BBQ gift card on us to use toward their dinner!

Our No-Pressure Pledge:
We know what you’re thinking: "A free workshop means a high-pressure sales pitch at the end." Not here. Leave your checkbook at home. We promise straight, practical clarity on Arizona asset protection so you can make decisions on your own terms.

Because we host this in a private room to keep the conversation personal and highly interactive, seating is strictly limited to the first 20 people. Secure your family's certainty before spots fill up:

Your divorce decree is signed, the assets are split, and you’ve finally started to breathe a sigh of relief. You feel like the hard part is over.

But here is a critical blind spot that catches thousands of divorced individuals completely off guard: Your divorce decree does NOT automatically update your estate plan. ❌

Unless you take specific action, your ex-spouse could still legally inherit your retirement accounts, make life-or-death medical decisions for you, or control the inheritance meant for your kids.

Join us for a free, 1-hour community seminar where we’ll close these dangerous legal loopholes and give you a simple, post-divorce action plan to protect your future.

When They Turn 18

You spent 18 years being their protector. Then the law quietly takes that away.

The moment your child turns 18, everything changes, not just for them, but for you.

If they're in a hospital, staff can't tell you what's happening.
If they're unconscious, you can't authorize their care.
If there's a financial emergency, you can't step in to help.
Overnight, the law treats you like a stranger to the person you raised.

Nobody puts this on the college prep checklist. But it might be the most important thing you do before they leave home.

Four documents fix this completely:

Medical Power of Attorney: lets you make healthcare decisions if they can't.

HIPAA Authorization: lets doctors talk to you.

Financial Power of Attorney: lets you help manage accounts in a crisis.

Basic Will: protects what they own, however little that may be right now.

These aren't just legal documents. They're the bridge that keeps you in your child's corner, no matter what life brings.

At Claim My Legacy, we help families put these in place before they need them. Because protecting the people you love most doesn't stop at 18.

ABOUT THIS EVENT
Your Divorce is Final. But Your Estate Plan
Isn't Updated.
Divorce is incredibly hard. You've survived
the emotional toll, the financial upheaval, the exhaustion of rebuilding your
life. You feel relieved. It's over.

But here's what most people don't realize:
Your divorce decree does NOT automatically update your healthcare directives,

That means your ex-spouse could still have
legal authority over critical decisions in your life. Medical decisions.
Financial decisions. Decisions about what happens to the people you love most.

This seminar is about fixing that gap.

What You'll Learn
What your divorce actually changed—and what it didn't
The five documents that become 'time bombs' if left unchanged
Real stories: Jennifer's healthcare nightmare and Michael's $400,000 mistake

How outdated documents affect your children and loved ones

The five most common mistakes people make (and how to avoid them)

Your simple 6-step action plan to regain control and protect your family

Who Should Attend

Single parents and divorced individuals
Anyone in a blended family
People who've updated their will but haven't
reviewed beneficiary designations
Anyone who wants to ensure their children
are protected
Anyone who's unsure whether their ex-spouse
is still on their documents

What's Included
60 minutes of clear, jargon-free education
Real-life stories and case studies

Your Post-Divorce Estate Planning
Checklist (take-home handout)

Q&A time with the presenter

Opportunity to schedule a free, no-pressure
consultation
