Ramail Nissan is a Founding Partner of Core Value CPAs. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona and Illinois. Ramail spent several years at Deloitte & Touche, serving large public and private clients within the United States and Internationally. While at Deloitte, Ramail learned the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, problem-solving, and upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional conduct. Ramail graduated magna cm laude from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Data Analytics.

Adam Warda is a founding partner of Core Value CPAs. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and Arizona. His career in accounting began in 2015 with a top 10 public accounting firm “Crowe.” Adam has 10 years of accounting experience and has been a licensed CPA for 6 years. He has served several industries throughout his career and provides a diverse value add to businesses and individuals with complex accounting and tax situations. He serves as the firm's business development leader and is also involved in day-to-day operations.
