Pierre Philantrope is the founder and managing director of Pierre Tax Group, LLC. Philantrope has over 25 years of experience in the field of taxation. He is an Enrolled Agent with unrestricted
rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and a National Tax Practice Institute® Fellow. He has successfully assisted taxpayers in audit cases before the Internal Revenue Service H

e advises clients on diverse tax matters, including business formation, representing clients before the IRS, and preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. He has also provided French and Creole translation and interpretation services to several organizations. He has worked for over 20 years in the legal field for several firms conducting review, quality control, and quality assurance in discovery phase of different high-profile mergers and acquisitions, class action suits, government institutions requests, assisting individuals and corporate clients in litigation cases. He has been consistently acknowledged for strong work ethic, and good academic and professional performance. He graduated in 1992, top of his class with the highest grade ever in civil law, with a Bachelor of Laws from Ecole de Droit et des Sciences Economiques des Gonaives de l’Universite d’Etat d’ Haiti. In 1995, he earned an Associate degree from Essex County College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in 1997. He obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation with a concentration in International Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. He earned the designation of Fellow of the National Tax Practice
Institute™. The National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI®) teaches enrolled agents, CPAs, and tax attorneys how to represent their clients. NTPI is a three-level program developed to sharpen the skills of enrolled practitioners at all stages of their careers. With each level of this program, participants build on their knowledge and expand their skills to gain the confidence necessary to successfully guide their clients through the often challenging maze of IRS codes, internal regulations, and agency structure. Philantrope is a member of the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce, Weston Chamber of Commerce, and other professional organizations, like NAEA, NATP. In 2018, he was awarded the Pinnacle Award by
the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce. Philantrope strongly believes that quality service and good customer service are the key to attract and keep clients. He focuses his practice in tax planning, tax representation, tax consulting, and tax preparation. Philantrope has one son, Emmanuel. He has a passion for helping people and has been involved in volunteering with several nonprofit organizations. He posts weekly tax tips on his website and sends weekly emails to his subscribers. He is a volunteer in the Audit Committee at the Broward County Housing Authority.
