At Norton Accounting Services LLC, we’re all about making life easier for our clients — and now we’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to help us do just that!
What You’ll Do:
• Handle payroll for a variety of awesome clients (multi-state, multiple industries).
• Keep payrolls accurate, compliant, and on time — every time.
• Manage tax filings, reports, and year-end documents like W-2s and 941s.
• Be a go-to expert for clients’ payroll questions and needs.
What You Bring to the Table:
• 2+ years of payroll experience (CPA firm or multi-client environment = major bonus!).
• Solid skills with various payroll systems.
• Detail-obsessed, super organized, and client-focused.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax rules (CPP certification = extra points!).
