This month, we’re celebrating Jillian, a Senior Executive Assistant who has been a valued part of the team for over four and a half years.
What drew Jillian to Apercen was the incredible people she gets to work with every day and the strong collaboration that defines the firm. She truly values being a part of a high performing administrative team where everyone contributes and works seamlessly together. Jillian shares, “I was excited by the opportunity to be a part of such a great organization and to support the managing partner. I’m most proud of advancing to Senior Executive Assistant while continuing to raise the bar in my role. I’m grateful to be here every day.”
Kristen, the Administrative Services Manager shares, “Jillian is one of those people who quietly and confidently steps into a role, master’s it with humility, and continues to raise the bar year after year. She consistently juggles countless priorities without missing a beat, all while maintaining the highest standard of excellence as an EA. She continues to impress me with her accomplishments, and I feel truly fortunate to have her on our team. Her dedication, professionalism, and unwavering support of our CEO are deeply valued and appreciated.”
Outside of work, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband and their two English bulldogs, Bean and Ben. Jillian enjoys an active lifestyle and loves to travel, especially when it involves spending time at the beach. Jillian also appreciates a good cup of coffee, a great book, cancelled plans, and gardening in her backyard.
