FYI:

1. We do Not Just send out applications call or email to make sure you meet qualifications.

2. Being rude to my staff you will automatically be disqualified!

3. We DONT service St Petersburg but we can refer you to someone. We only service North Pinellas County and no we can’t make exceptions so please stop asking my staff.

4. Your address on your license must be the same as the address on your water bill. (Thank those who have tried to commit fraud, and scam by using other people’s address and children information)

5. The water bill must have the name of the client who is applying( Electric Bills Are Not Accepted)

6. If your water is included in rent you need to attach your lease and a letter from your landlord to verify you currently live there. We do not accept leases that are out dated. Yes we do verify all info.

7. Applications are accepted from October 1-November 1. No exceptions!

8. All of the one page application must be filled out and all documents must be uploaded to the application. Missing information or if you don’t meet all qualifications your application will be disqualified!

9. Reminder you cannot change any nonprofit or organization’s qualifications. When you go anywhere else you follow the process and same will be followed here at Collins Angels Inc!
