Taylor's Insurance and Financial Services will be closed for Easter today April 7th and Monday April 10th . We will open at 10 am on April 11th . You don't have to come in to do business with us. We now do business on-line. You may send information to us,pay and sign online. Text me at 252 762 5452 and let me that would like taxes prepared. I will reply . Send a text that includes a picture of your driver's license or state id do that we start your file. Send all tax documents in PDF format. You may use Adobe scan. It is a free app that can be downloaded. In your email please include dependants social security cards and birthdates and any other needed information such business expenses send to [email protected] .
April 11th - April 17 clients may drop off tax documents in person .The tax season ends April 18th if you come on the last we may not be able to complete your tax return before the deadline. We will file an extension for you .

If you have already filed your taxes and are receiving Earned income Credit (EIC) this information may be useful to you . This comes straight from the IRS.gov .

According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue EITC and ACTC refunds before mid-February.
