I am going to try to be as nice as I can about this.
And, I really hate Karen's, so if u must call me a Karen, so be it!

I live and work at 122 Pleasant Street in Oxford. At the bottom of Allen Hill and Pleasant St/Rt 121.
In the last 10 years or so we have had at least 3 major accidents directly in front of my property, and plenty or at the intersection of Allen Hill and Rt 121.

I am not innocent of driving to fast at times and, especially when I was younger, but there are definitely better places to do it than a 25mph zone in a very busy village area.

Please, if you travel through here, pay attention to the speed limit l, especially on this corner, as i am often pulling in and out of the road, backing trailers, etc. I also have many customers who are doing the same.

If you are a customer of mine, please try to always get off the road. If my front lawn is open feel free to pull right across the lawn, especially with a trailer. If something is in the way, I can always move it so you can easily pull through.

Whoever took the trash pump that was next to my mailbox, please return it within 24 hours. There was a tag on it with a price and my phone number as well as other items for sale in my front yard, so I don't think you could think it was free. Law enforcement has been notified and will follow up.
