Electronic filing for the 2025 filing season opens January 26, 2026.

1099 forms must be filed by January 31, 2026 to avoid late-filing penalties.

For our payroll clients: all W-2's, 940's and normal 4th quarter returns have been completed and forwarded to the client contact on file. Please contact our office if you have not received notice. If your employees ar enrolled to receive their paystubs online, their W2's may also be retrieved online.

Taxpayers who receive IRS Scamming phone calls should:

Record the number and then hang up the phone immediately.
Report the call by visiting the Hotline page of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration and using an IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting form or by calling 800-366-4484.
Forms to report fraud are available on the Hotline page of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration website. Taxpayers just click the appropriate option under “IRS Scams and Fraud” and follow the instructions.
Report the number to [email protected] and put "IRS Phone Scam" in the subject line.

All our preparers are actively RTRP and/or AFSP certified. Each one maintains yearly continuing education requirements to ensure they are up to date on code and form changes.

Seasonal Part-Time Clerical/Office position - must be available during the hours of 10:00PM-6:00PM. Does have the potential for Saturday and/or added morning or afternoon hours, if flexible.

Job is located in Oxford, Alabama.

Requirements: Previous office experience is a MUST; computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel); good communications skills (both on the phone & in person); organized and ability to multi-task. Confident tone is required.

This can be a very stressful environment at moments, so it's not for the weak at heart. However, it can provide some very valuable on-the-job experience for accounting students or those looking to improve their resumes. It has been a very beneficial position for students, part-time realtors, recent college graduates, and young parents who only seek to work on a part-time basis.
