🚨 Important Update on Beneficial Ownership Reporting 🚨

A recent federal court order from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has temporarily halted the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act's beneficial ownership reporting requirements.

This means that, for now, companies are not required to file their beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and will not face liability for non-compliance during this period.
