A word to the wise - do NOT set up LLCs or any business entity through a lawyer, website, or at a tax place. They aren't educated in this. You will not get what you pay for. Your LLC will not be set up right. You will be charged for 5 minutes of work, likely $4 or 500. I will set it up and help you understand LLCs, guide you through the proper setup for you, and show you how to keep it in good standing. 60% of LLCs are dissolved within 2 years and have outstanding tax liabilities they didn't even know existed.
