We were proud to sponsor the Mentor Kids Rugged Race this year! 💙🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️Mentor Kids does an incredible job positively impacting the lives of young people in our community, and we were honored to support an event that encourages confidence, perseverance, and fun. 🌟
The Rugged Race challenged participants with a 5K course featuring 28 obstacles, including water crossings 🌊, rope climbs 🧗, mud pits 🟤, and more! We especially loved seeing the balance beams painted Baird Blue, adding a special touch to an already amazing course!💙
We are grateful to support organizations that invest in the future of our community and help young people thrive!

This week during Baird Gives Back our teams had the privilege of volunteering at the Help Office of Owensboro🥫🤝 and Fresh Start for Women 👩‍🦰✨. We packed food, sorted donations, and spent time supporting organizations that lift up families in our community every single day 🏡❤️
We’re grateful for the chance to serve, connect, and give back to the place we call home 🌟💛

📦🗃️ IT’S MOVING DAY!! 🗃️📦

After more than 25 years, it’s time for us to turn the page on a very special chapter. This office has been so much more than four walls—it’s been home to countless memories, milestones, laughter, hard work, and growth. Its history and character can be felt in every corner, and leaving it is truly bittersweet.
For three decades, this space has witnessed relationships built, challenges overcome, and a whole lot of dedication poured into what we do. We are incredibly grateful for the years spent here and for everyone who walked through these doors and helped make this place what it was.
While it’s hard to say goodbye, we’re excited to carry everything we’ve learned and loved with us into our new location. The address may be changing, but our heart, our mission, and our commitment remain the same. 💙
