May is one of the busiest months of the year - with Mother's Day, Memorial Day, graduations, weddings, the unofficial start of summer, and more. Many of us are also handling work and family responsibilities and plans, making for a loaded - and sometimes stressful - calendar.
It's also an ideal season to pause, reflect, and consider areas in life - personal and professional - where we can slow down, organize, downsize, or redirect our energy. A good place to start is simply to ask yourself what you can start or stop this month - even if it's only one thing. Don't underestimate the impact of small changes, especially practiced over time to create lasting habits.
