Recently, Foos-Garvin has been made aware of potential refunds for taxpayers who imported goods between February of 2025 and February of 2026 and paid additional tariffs due to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

We wanted to inform our clients of these updates.

Login (or create an account for you, as the taxpayer listed on the Form 4547 when applied for), verify your information, verify your child's (children's) information, then agree to the terms.

You can then start contributing to the accounts on July 4, 2026.
