Never rush to quit your 9–5 just to call yourself an entrepreneur. Build the foundation first.

If you have a stable income and want to step into entrepreneurship, start by setting your business up the right way. Create your business entity, obtain your EIN, and open business bank accounts. Then consistently deposit your 9–5 income into those accounts and build relationships with multiple banking institutions.

At the same time, work on strengthening your personal credit profile so it becomes thick and fundable. When you combine strong banking relationships with a solid personal profile, lenders begin to see you as a low-risk borrower.

That’s when the real opportunities open up — access to $50K–$200K in funding, which can be used to acquire cash-flowing assets that eventually replace your 9–5 income.
