Allow me to re-introduce……I am Greg Skeene
I’m a man of God, husband of 10 years and father to three amazing blesisngs! Born and raised in Brooklyn, grew up in Ocala currently, Currently making impact in Orlando Florida.
In 2013 I survived brain surgery from a condition called Chiari Malformation, I think God he put my wife N'Keyma Skeene in my life because she was the reason I went to the doctor for to the headaches and body numbness. By the grace of God, I’m healthy I’m strong, and I get to see another day. so when you ask me how I’m doing and I say “Blessed” I really mean it.
I don’t take any days for granted.🙏🏽
Professionally my background, I spent 15 years in a IT industry, working with Major fortune 100 brands like Tesla, Disney, Verizon, and The Government troubleshooting Engineering and Consulting enterprise wireless networks. If you know anything about me you know I love technology and always curious to how things work. My career in Tech was built of Curiosity, Mentors & Alot of Hours. Shout out to my beautiful Wife, my biggest supporter and ET for the mindset shift I had in 2013.
Along my route in life, I had a huge epiphany about my health, and started taking it seriously when my son was born I successfully. I was able to remove almost 100 pounds, and still continuing that journey to this day.💪🏾
In 2020, I started my Financial Firm, Control Your Route Financial, LLC because I was seeing a common trend in the multicultural middle class (Blacks & Hispanics) with the lack of financial education and retirement planning. So I embarked on a mission to get licensed and all 49 states, including Puerto Rico to change one family at a time. 🎯
Outside of God and my family, my biggest joy in this season of my life is educating our people on generational wealth, financial literacy in creating a tax-free retirement account. 📚
