Happy 3 year anniversary to Jack McCauley as our Director of Business Development & Client Engagement! 🎉

Jack has been part of the Silver Grove family for 11 years. He joined us in March 2015 as a wealth advisor helping New York State teachers plan for retirement, and three years ago he stepped into his current role, where he makes sure every new client is connected with the advisor or team that best fits their needs.

Outside the office, Jack is passionate about leadership and giving back to the community. He's served as President of the Board for the Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the NY State Junior Chamber of Commerce, and he's a graduate of Leadership Buffalo's Rising Leaders program.

At home in Buffalo, you'll find him with his wife Stefanie, their three kids and their boxer Tiki.

The clock is ticking! If you requested an extension to file your 2025 federal income tax return, tomorrow, October 15, is the deadline!

Remember, an extension to file is not an extension to pay. Any taxes owed were generally due back in April.

Meet Katie, our Director of Operations and Client Experience (and the reason our office smells like bacon every Thursday morning!)

Before Silver Grove Financial Group, Katie brings 20 years of hospitality experience to our team, and owned and operated Homegrown Bistro in Orchard Park for five years. Funny enough, two of her regulars back then were Jason and Ryan, our founders, long before she ever joined the team. Small world!

In 2021 Katie decided to shift her career for a better work-life balance and brought all of that hospitality heart straight into our office. She still cooks for us every Thursday, and if you have ever walked in and caught the smell of something good cooking before you even got through the door, that is Katie! Last week she treated the team to her signature Buffalo Chicken Hash from Homegrown Bistro and it did not disappoint.

We are lucky to have her keeping this place running and feeling like home. Katie, thank you for everything you do!
