As we begin a new chapter, we are proud to welcome Leslie Welsh CPA as the 46th President of Women Business Owners of North Florida.
As the owner of Leslie Welch CPA, Inc., Leslie brings more than 20 years of accounting and tax expertise to our organization. Throughout her career, she has helped business owners navigate complex financial decisions while building a reputation for integrity, education, and practical guidance.
A passionate advocate for encouraging women in STEM-related fields, Leslie's love for mathematics comes from its foundation in facts, logic, and problem-solving. Those qualities have shaped both her professional success and her leadership style.
Since joining WBO in 2022, Leslie has been a dedicated member and champion of our mission. She often shares that when she first attended a WBO event during the COVID era, she immediately knew this organization was different. For the first time, she felt she had truly found her tribe. That experience inspired her commitment to investing in and evolving WBO so future generations of women business owners can experience the same sense of connection, support, and belonging.
