**Important Update on Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting**

A recent federal court order has paused the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act's beneficial ownership information reporting requirements. This means that, for now, reporting companies are not required to file their beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and will not face liability for non-compliance during this period. However, companies may still choose to submit their reports voluntarily.
