Every major business decision should start with one question: "Will this help me build wealth—or just keep me busy?"

Not every opportunity is worth pursuing. Not every client is the right fit. Not every project deserves your time. The most successful business owners understand that being busy isn't the goal. Building wealth, creating freedom, and increasing long-term value is.

Before saying yes to the next opportunity, ask yourself: Will this move me closer to the life and business I'm trying to build? Or will it simply add more to my plate? Because growth isn't about doing more.

Leadership often requires difficult conversations, tough choices, and decisions that may not be immediately understood by everyone.

But healthy leadership isn't about choosing what's easiest. It's about choosing what's wisest for the people, mission, and future of the ministry. Courageous leadership is rarely comfortable, but it is often necessary.
