**********Upcoming Deadlines**********

Corporate 1120S, 1065 Tax Returns that filed extensions are due Monday 9/16/2025.

Individual 1040, C Corp 1120, and 1041 Trust/Estate Returns that filed extensions are due Wednesday 10/15/2025.

If we do not have your corporate tax return information in uploaded to our portal or in our office by Friday August 29, 2025, we cannot guarantee these returns will be timely filed by the deadline, of course we will make every effort to do so.

Please get your stuff to me as soon as possible, business or personal to allow me time to get them done,

If you have questions, please call our office Monday through Thursday from 9am-4pm, of course there are days that I am here way later and able to make late drop offs or appointments when needed.
