Child Richards CPAs & Advisors is a firm in Ogden, Utah. The firm provides a broad range of services including audits, reviews, compilations, income tax preparation, quarterly tax forms and payroll services.

Job Requirements of the Position:
At least a junior level in college with a major in accounting, having completed Intermediate Accounting
2-3 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in use of computers, Excel and Word
Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to complete work in an efficient and accurate manner
Ability to reason and multi-task
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Proactively seeks knowledge, new task and responsibilities
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
The job description is as follows:
Approximately 40 hours per week in the off season. Tax season will depend on work load.
The job may require some traveling, but not more than a 2 hour drive in a day. Mileage is reimbursed.
Pay range will depend on experience and education and have opportunities for advancement.
Work will include:
Monthly and quarterly accounting
Quarterly payroll tax preparation
Individual and business tax return preparation
The interviewing process will include an interview with the accounting manager and an accounting quiz at the office of Child Richards CPAs & Advisors.
