With as much as we've all had to endure this last few years, you've endured more than most. But you've kept your cool, you've kept pushing on, you've adapted, and you've kept doing your job!

We’re grateful for the strength, dedication, and grit you bring to the job each and every day.

This is my friend JW and his Daughter , Ebony. They let me take these pictures because they know they will be posted with their testimonial on my other pages and website. Anyway, we finalized JW’s retirement this week and roll over. I love my job because every Client is unique with specific knots that have to be untied. A Federal Employee Disability Retirement can be lots of big knots, I know. That is not the case here. JW is 67 and has been working hard and serving for a long time. JW calls me 6 months ago and says I am ready to go. I meet with him and it was like a math teacher meeting with “Will” from Good Will Hunting. He has everything laid out for me before I could ask for it. He’s retiring from the State with full benefits and now retiring a Federal Employee with full benefits. The only issue he handed me was his Military Time buy back. There’s a 4 month back log. Military Buy Back is a huge deal to me. Buy it Back ASAP. Anyway, He’s raised a great family, Ebony here is a Respiratory Pediatric Nurse. I have many Veteran cases working but this is my first to complete and I did it this week. That just hit me. I have had many meetings with JW and Ebony and consider them friends. I respect him so much and for him to trust me with his retirement savings and retirement process is a huge honor. I love serving those who serve us everyday.
