To all my valued clients,
I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the recent lack of communication and follow-up. Being a business owner is often portrayed as glamorous and rewarding and while that’s true, what’s rarely talked about are the difficult moments: burnout, depression, anxiety, and the emotional toll of trying to show up every day when you feel like you’re falling short.
Everyone wants to be in the tax business, but few truly understand the weight of fighting with the IRS on behalf of your clients making call after call, hitting dead ends, and still pushing forward even when it feels like nothing is working. For the first time in my life, I felt like a failure. I was doing everything in my power, yet the progress felt invisible, and the pressure overwhelming.
Many didn’t see the sleepless nights, the tears, and the spiritual battles. I began to question my place in this field and even started to feel like every tax preparer was labeled a scammer when all I ever wanted was to help, educate, and advocate for people the right way.
But I’m not giving up.
I’ve taken time to reset, reflect, and refocus and I’m coming back stronger, wiser, and more prepared than ever to serve you.
Allow me to reintroduce myself:
My name is Temaka Morrow, proud owner of Power House Tax Solution. I’m not perfect, but I’m committed. And I thank each and every one of you who extended grace, showed patience, and believed in me during this tough season.
As we move forward, I stand on this promise from God’s word:
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3
Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to walking this journey with you this time, even more powerfully.❤️
With love and gratitude,
Temaka Morrow
