Elsa and Anna celebrated Halloween by going to Boo! at the zoo, a trunk-or-treat at church, and even trudged through the snow last night in our neighborhood.

The best part: After we were done trick-or-treating, Kaia learned her first lesson on how taxes work. 👻🎃

I recently attended a work conference held in Atlanta, where I had the privilege of gaining insights from industry leaders on the current trends and developments in financial planning. Additionally, I had the opportunity to explore the latest innovative, fintech solutions that have the potential to enhance the overall experience for my clients.

The most valuable aspect of the conference was the chance to network with fellow advisors. I learned about their distinctive approaches to financial planning and gathered specific ideas to enhance my own practice.

It was particularly rewarding to connect with a fellow college classmate, Matt Ryan, who also launched his own financial planning firm in San Diego. We were able to enjoy a Braves game together and catch up on both business and life.
