Job Opening:
Experienced Office Manager in an accounting environment.
Job Description:

This position is Full Time Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Manage everyday office duties
• Manage office projects
• Manage part time office staff
• Assist professional staff in projects and needs
• Manage and maintain online project tracking system and monitor deadlines
• Handle business license renewals and certifications for the firm
• Converse with and handle customer needs in person and via phone
• Manage social media postings and all mass email correspondence to clients
• Answer phones
• Make appointments
• Schedule and coordinate all office trainings
• Assist with billing
• Write letters; handle mailings
• Handle updates to the company website
• Assemble tax returns as needed
• Have a dependable vehicle for running errands
• Subject to more duties not listed here
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
• Experience with administrative and clerical work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Strong organization skills
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
• Ability to work independently
