Well, we just got the message that the 2026 tax season will begin on MONDAY, JANUARY 26. We can prepare before then and have ready to send but the first day to send is the 26th.

Again, we have moved our office to Norris City, IL. Our office number is 618-599-5334, which is the same as our old cell number. Our address is 207 E. Boyd St., in Norris City. We hope that we can service our old customers and get new ones, too! You can email me your information or drop off and we can call you when they are ready.
If you are emailing, just make a copy of all W-2's and anything else showing money received. It would help if you would send your drivers license or state id card and social security card, if possible. Also, if you have paid property taxes, send a copy of them, too, for the State. If you have any questions, just give me a call.

WASHINGTON — The Internal Revenue Service today announced that the optional standard mileage rate for business use of automobiles will increase by 2.5 cents in 2026, while the mileage rate for vehicles used for medical
purposes will decrease by half a cent, reflecting updated cost data and annual inflation adjustments.
