If you live in Hampton Roads, you probably know a waterspout formed in the James River last night just after sunset. Some or all of it clipped the southern end of this harbor. Fortunately, this place is stout and other than pieces flying off boats and barges, the tugs and trawlers were fine. One business has some damage to vinyl sided buildings and their fence, but this could have been a lot worse.
