I recently heard some great insight from Kara Murphy (CIO at Kestra Investment Management) about the future of the workforce.
Her take? Don't panic. She compares it to the evolution we’ve seen in fields like radiology—everyone thought AI would take those jobs, but instead, it just changed how the work is actually done.
The bottom line is that AI is going to be a huge part of our future, but it’s more about a "sea change" in how we perform our tasks than a total replacement of people. It’s all about working smarter, not being replaced!

Today on Yom Hazikaron (Israel’s Memorial Day) we take a short break from the finances to remember the human cost of war and protecting our values and the Holy Land. My father-in-law was killed in action during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, and every year we honor him, the soldiers and first responders who gave their lives, and the terror victims & their families. May their lives be a blessing.
