This right here is where it all started for me.

O'Dwyer Gardens.

Coney Island, Brooklyn.

The hood that raised me.

A lot has changed since I was a kid. The buildings look different. The grounds look different. The neighborhood has evolved.

But every time I come back here, I'm reminded that your beginning doesn't have to determine your ending.

Some people see projects.

I see memories. I see lessons. I see struggles. I see growth.

Even on a rainy day, this place still shines bright.

What a time to be alive.

Three days ago, K.P.S. graduated and brought home multiple awards, including the Outstanding Leadership Award. 🏆🎓💙

As a father, I'm proud of the grades, the medals, the trophies, and the recognition.

But what makes me proudest is seeing the young lady she is becoming.

Leadership.
Character.
Confidence.
Discipline.

Those things will take her further than any award ever could.

Moments like this remind me that legacy isn't just what we leave our children. Legacy is what we teach them while we're here.

Today my daughter KPS graduated. 🎓❤️

What makes me proud isn't just the graduation itself.

She received multiple academic recognitions, including an Outstanding Leadership Award and recognition for taking First Place in Debate.

Watching her grow into a young leader has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Everything I do is bigger than me.

This is my WHY.

I don't celebrate perfection.

I celebrate effort.

I celebrate growth.

I celebrate courage.

Most importantly, I celebrate the young queen she is becoming.

A raise is great.
