Paying for your taxes to be done is acceptable- paying a few hundred dollars to receive your anticipated refund in a few days is a financial crime- USURY. By doing your return early you can get your refund within ten days sometimes sooner by direct deposit. No need to waste your hard earned money for a few days. Contact me to avoid these high fees.

Gambling winnings-gambling winnings are taxable income. You can deduct loses up to the maximum amount of the winnings.
Organized- all loses MUST be documented- when , where and what amount of lottery tickets was purchased.
Acquiring losing tickets are not acceptable without proper documentation- do not show up to an audit with an old shoe box of receipts a la Oscar Madison- odd couple.
