Out on the Street The first LGBT leadership organization for Wall Street, by Wall Street, engaging gay and straight leaders to create change.

Out on the Street is the first global LGBT leadership organization for the financial industry, by the financial industry. Its summits and ongoing initiatives bring senior LGBT and ally leaders together from major financial services firms, convening across three continents with programs, visibility and impact in the U.S, Asia and Europe. Out on the Street leaders drive change and strategy around is

sues that are vital to LGBT equality and critical to capturing marketplace opportunity. They collectively set a forward-looking agenda for the global financial services industry and LGBT community. The initiative’s annual summits take place in New York in the spring and London and Hong Kong in the fall. As a benefit of membership, all Out on the Street firms are part of OutNEXT and have select access to all Out Leadership programming. Member firms include:

We are going red to support the Principle 6 campaign with Athlete Ally and All Out Over the last few months, the Principle 6 campaign has leveraged the Olympic values to raise awareness about Russia's anti-LGBT laws and raise funds for LGBT Russian organizations. The campaign was inspired by the values of the Olympic charter, is a way for athletes, fans and global supporters to celebrate the Olympic principle of non-discrimination and speak out against Russia’s anti-gay laws before the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
