Alabama A&M University students recently competed in the annual Aprio Case Competition. The event brings together 20 teams nationally to find solutions to complex cases relating to tax advisory.

Assisting with installation of complimentary copies of Quickbooks software to students of Accounting Information Systems 472 - Alabama A&M University -

Professor Michael Jones (Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Alabama A&M University) secured private funding to supply graduating seniors of his spring 2015 Accounting Information Systems 472 course with complimentary copies of Quickbooks accounting software along with instructional manuals and integrated use of the software into the curriculum of the course. These young accountants will now graduate with the initial skills necessary for sucess in the profession of accounting. Special thanks to Dr. Roderick Posey, Chairman Department of Accounting, Alabama A&M University and Mr. Roderick Harris, IT professional, for facilitating the process.
