Our office will be closed Wednesday, March 26th - we will resume our normal office hours Thursday, March 27th.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank all of you that have supported our family in understand, thoughts, prayers, encouragement, and for all the flowers, cards, meals and sweet treats as we navigated the loss of Victoria’s father.

Yes, we are still open for business!
And, yes we are aware we have upset several clients for our lack of communication. In no way was it intentional or for the sheer fact of ghosting anyone. My husband and I have prided ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients over the past 20 years and have bent over backwards to do everything in our power to help however we can - in and out of the office. We thought with the economy it would help our clients to keep our prices as low as possible another year in turn keeping staff at the bear minimum since every other expense for our office nearly doubled - programs, security (physical and cyber), insurance, supplies, etc.
However, 2024 was a rough year for us personally and our family with medical issues and since we do not keep staff year round it absolutely hinder our normal “after season” availability. We are working hard to get our office back in order the way it should be, the way we worked so hard for so many years to build. We apologize from the bottom of our hearts we had a horrible year and completely understand if anyone feels it best to find someone else to work with.
Being completely transparent…..
1) We had NO idea until today our website was down and honestly have no idea why but we will look into it as we are not the web developer or host for it.
2) I, unfortunately, have to have surgery and as hard as we tried it was not something that could be done before now or after April so my surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 14th and I will be out of the office until possibly Jan. 20th. However, Michael and/or an employee will be there during office hours! They will do everything to help and we know situations may arise that I’m the only one that can fully handle or resolve so please note I WILL not be available to do so until after I return.
3) Facebook is not regularly monitored as a form of communication with our office. We tried in the past to utilize the platform but it was unsuccessful in our opinion as it took time and resources away from other much needed tasks.

Again, we are truly sorry for the disconnect and are working hard to implement the necessary changes needed!
