This is a reminder to our clients that partnership (Form 1065) and S-Corp (Form 1120-S) tax returns are due March 16th, 2026. If the return is not filed, you may request an extension.

Happy New Year! 🎉

Here are few announcements for the upcoming tax season:

We have updated our system to include texting capabilities; you should still receive an email of the notification along with a text.

Current clients should be on the lookout for their 2026 Engagement Letter.

So far, we have seen Form SSA-1099 and emails indicating that Form 1095-A from healthcare.gov have been issued.

Remember employers have until January 31, 2026, to issue Form W-2 for employees and Form 1099 (NEC/MISC) for contractors.
