We are currently accepting new clients who need 2025 clean up/catch up work done. We will not be taking on any "month end only" clients until March 2026. Clients who hire us for clean up projects will have the option to continue on as a month end client.

We also offer training, and assistance with creation of SOPs. We can review your needs, create a process for meeting those, train your team to manage the process, and document the process.

We have competitive rates, and all team members have a minimum of 10 years experience. We are happy to work across time zones and outside of standard business hours. We have expertise in QB desktop/Enterprise, QBO, Sage, Great Plains/Dynamics, MYOB and more. In addition, we will be able to take NetSuite projects on starting April 2026.

As we pivot, a new logo was in order!

Your Accounting Source has always focused on small businesses. We will now be concentrating on clean up projects, catch up projects, as well as 3rd party integrations for those small businesses. In a specific niche that needs specialized solutions and/or resources? We're happy to learn about your specialty in order to assist with creating processes that work for you.

On a budget? We've heard of those!
Here at Your Accounting Source we have junior employees that assist with transaction entry, data importing and other bookkeeping tasks. Our more seasoned employees do the reconciling, review financials. That allows us to save you money on your project, while also utilizing our resources best.

I can help!
I am a small business accountant, and I specialize in clean up/catch up projects, as well as implementations, integrations and occasionally have openings to take on month end clients. I do not prepare tax returns, but am happy to prepare the books for your CPA and/or work with him/her as needed.

My name is Marni, and I'm based in beautiful Naples, FL. I'm a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with... many years of experience 😉 I've been working remotely for a long time, and have systems in place for communicating and transferring documents and data securely in order to work efficiently. I prefer to work with clients using QuickBooks Desktop (either exchanging the accountants copy or using a hosted company file) or QBO, but will consider projects using Sage, Great Plains and NetSuite.

I recently relocated to the Naples, FL area.
I am not limited to working locally, I have been working remotely for many years. (long before Covid) However, I would love to be able to help my new neighbors and support my local small business community if the opportunity arises.

I have over 20 years of accounting experience and I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I have worked with small businesses for most of my career, and I am a small business owner myself. While I have plenty of experience in day-to-day accounting, my background is heavy in QuickBooks integrations and implementations, process development, and training.
