Part-Time Receptionist – Tax Season Position Available
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team during the busy tax season. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This position requires working 20-30 hours per week from January through April. The schedule includes 2-3 hours on Saturday mornings during February and March. The possibility of permanent employment exists under the right circumstances.
The team member will be asked to greet clients warmly and professionally, answer phones and schedule appointments, manage client check-in and paperwork, maintain organized reception area, handle basic administrative tasks and filing while providing excellent customer service during our busiest season.
Qualifications are as follows:
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
