“If you don’t tell your money where to go, you’re going to wonder where it went.”
Heard this recently and it really stuck with me… because it’s true no matter where you’re at in life.
If you’re just starting out, you might be making more than you ever have before—but also kind of winging it because no one ever showed you what to actually do with it.
If you’re in the thick of it (career, kids, busy life) it can feel like money shows up and disappears just as fast. You’re juggling a lot, and staying on top of everything financially isn’t always easy.
And even in retirement, after doing all the “right” things for years, you realize there’s still planning involved if you want things to last and work the way you hoped.
Different stages, same thing: if you’re not intentional, money just kind of slips through the cracks.
