How did we get to this 2.5 million house shortage?

Let's start back in the 70's. Families were growing. Baby boomers were in their teens. Bigger homes were needed but interest rates were double digits. Those same teens grew up in the 80's and started their house hunting. Let's say 40 million (of the 78 million) and as time continued the remainder of that 78 mil kept the hunt going. We then had a terrifying situation 2001 that widened the gap. That gap continued to widen during the 2008 mortgage crisis. From 2011 to 2018 the gap started to close but there were still some moratoriums that kept it from catching up. Then the pandemic stopped all construction. Gap widened...and Here we are.

What are you sowing? Your time? Your energy? Your good works? Just enough? Or more than enough?

I love these two verses because they give you an idea on faith and believing that the more you give the more you will receive...and yet it's to your measure...your belief. Whatever you give let it come from your willingness to give.

Don't get impulsive or feel like you better (or else). The key to giving and receiving, sparingly or bountifully comes from your heart. Let your heart not be troubled. If it is troubled...step back and ask yourself why you're giving of you or yours. blessings

My world wouldn’t be complete without you and I Thank God every day for having you in it. We have gone through many things in life and made great and not-so-great decisions. Yet through it all, we prevail because God has greater plans for us and I love you very much. This day starts a new momentum. It’s also time to take us to the next level in conquering the world together. I love your humor your laugh, your craziness, and your love. Happy Birthday my Queen. I love you with all my heart.
