We are somewhat new clients with Verizon, almost a year now. We were moving and decided to try a different service. We went all in including phones and internet. We have been having issues with our 5g and phones for several weeks and are not having any luck with support. I have dealt with several different people have had 2 ticket numbers and order numbers and still nothing. The third person I spoke with on June 4, 2024 said we needed a new router which was to be delivered the next day. It is now June 13 and several phone calls later and we still have not received our the new router. Please help!
