When you work with Debbie as a consultant she brings 20 years as CFO for a $2 billion private equity firm and for an investment partnership syndicators.

But her expereince doesn't stop there...

For 8 years, she owned and managed her own business which provided accounting and tax services. Prior to that, she was an audit manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers and an adjunct finance professor for graduate level courses at Golden Gate University. She is a certified public accountant (inactive status) with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Science degree in finance.

Debbie does one-on-one advising with clients who are part of a finance-based Cohort called the Value Driven Ownership Program offered in 3 segments as the Leading-Edge Growth and Expansion Series. It is all about launching and managing a high-performance sustainable venture using a 3-Step Approach.

In the past, I did all of this solely on an individual basis with clients. But after a while, it became clear to me that most clients who came to see me had similar problems all related to finance in some shape or form. So, I developed a program to reach more people and allow them to collaborate as a group.

The law defines "necessities" as any goods or services essential for the health, safety, and welfare of the public, which could include items like groceries, toiletries, water, medicine, and fuel.
