Acquisition of the practice of Thomas B. Keller, CPA:
After decades of servicing his clients, Tom Keller has decided to retire. We wish Tom the best during this new chapter in his life. Tom’s retirement decision has provided us with an exciting opportunity and we are pleased to announce that our firm has acquired Tom’s practice.

We are delighted to have Mary McNutt from Tom's practice join us at our firm. Mary has an Associates degree in accounting and has over 30 years of tax preparation and accounting experience.

Dan graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. He also graduated with honors from the Washington School of Law in 2004 with a Master of Science in Taxation. Dan has earned the following credentials: CPA (Certified Public Accountant); CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFM (Certified in Financial Management).

Dan is the principal shareholder in the firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. Dan is a past-president of the North Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of directors for a non-profit organization and is currently a member of the board of directors of a community bank.
