Mofrad Financial Solutions is a young but rapidly growing Financial Corporation. The firm started in 1996 under the title of “Mofrad’s Tax Service” as a part-time concern, providing individual, estate/trust, and corporate tax preparation and filing services. For the first fourteen years of its existence, although keeping a constant and consistent growth pace, the entity remained part-time and was

based out of Santa Monica, California. In early 2011, Mofrad Financial Solutions acquired its present title, moved its headquarters to the Korea-town region of Los Angeles, became a full-time concern, and officially added ‘valuation’ to its services. The corporation is a member of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) organization, and the president is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Attending the 3-day UNCORROLATED conference was insightful, invigorating, and pleasant! (I also had the opportunity to meet @~Scott Page (of Pink Floyd) and listen to his jam session!) But perhaps the most valuable takeaway was the relationships formed and personal connections made. A BIG THANK YOU to Mario Gallo, the unfailing friend and fellow professional who invited me, and who never forgets to include me through the years…👏🏽🤟🏽🙏🏽🌹(Don't forget to watch the video clip attached!)

For the last week of April/first week of May I had the pleasure to revisit the Invest In the USA (IIUSA)’s EB-5 Conference - held this year at the Hyatt at Capitol Hill in DC: thanks to the invitation of @~Edward Beshara, the great EB-5 attorney I am currently working with on a project. I say revisit because I used to be more involved in this arena in the mid-2000teens, but, life/pandemic swayed me in a different direction…Glad to be back. Hope our firm Mofrad Financial Solutions will make a more significant impact this time around! Thank you Edward & the IIUSA Organizers…

When my friend @~Michael-Ly invited me to a post tax season retreat for accountants in Scottsdale AZ, I totally underestimated the event…It was a large group of high caliber, extremely smart professionals that knew how to work, make connections, and have fun at the same time. They had traveled from as far away as London and Buenos Aires just for this 4-day event! On behalf of our team Financial Solutions I want to thank Michael Ly to include us in this year’s event! Totally honored and hope this is the beginning of a long time trend…
