I don't usually post client's names, but this time I am making an exception.. as this transaction is bitter sweet for me. This will be the last time I write "process payroll" on my hours sheet for the Sandquist boys, as they have officially sold The Spot Again Tavern! They were my very first clients when I started this venture almost 8 years ago and have been excellent clients, partners in commerce and friends. I wish them a happy retirement! And wish the very best for the new owner Kim Adams!! 🍻 cheers!!

The Oregon Retirement Savings Board is providing notice as required under the Administrative Procedures Act. The Board is proposing to permanently adopt two rules replacing temporary action filed in October 2019.
• Amending OAR 170-080-0015 to move the required registration deadline for Client Employers from November 15, 2019 to May 15, 2020, and the deadline for employers with four or fewer employees from May 15, 2020 to January 15, 2021.

More time to figure out if our company wants to start their own retirement plan through a financial group or sign up with Oregon Saves.
