Doing taxes for people with no dependents has been the biggest fcking headache this season,

You can NOT expect to come somewhere with a few W2s and barely anything paid in but yet expect a good refund.

And YES, if we can secure you a decent refund, the FEE will be higher. Some of yall be so entitled. If you was really due this money with no extra work or complexity to the return, just file it on TURBO.

What make y’all think a tax preparer “greedy” cause they charged $800-$1000??

Y’all be coming to us with:
• books a MESS
• 1099 money everywhere
• no expenses tracked
• no taxes took out ya check all year
• business + personal mixed up like gumbo
• no proof of NOTHING
• no business bank account

Then wanna hit me with “my stuff legit!” 😩
Legit where?? Cause you got y’all social security cards??

Baby… dependents don’t make refunds. INCOME do. 💯

And this ain’t no lil “type it in and hit submit” job either.
You got 7 W2s? That’s work.
You got a 1099 too?? Now we on Schedule C… write offs, expenses, receipts, the whole 9.

So no it ain’t greed…
it’s knowledge + strategy + the risk.
IRS penalties be $650… I should be charging MORE if we being real 😭

Cause even if you swear it’s “legit”… YOU can still get audited.
And guess who you running back to?? ME. 🥴

So either learn how taxes really work… or stop acting shocked when the price match the work 💰💅🏽
