Happy Earth Day!

For decades, the building industry has been far from green.

Recently, innovation in sustainable materials has been accelerated in light of pandemic-related price hikes.

Clients are more interested in building methods like net-zero and Passive House.

Changes are slowly happening, but until sustainable building makes financial sense for builders and clients, it's unlikely we'll see widespread adoption.
