After taking an unexpected pause due to a health scare, I'm excited to share that I'm officially back on track pursuing my goal of becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA).

Sometimes life has a way of reminding us that our plans may need to slow down for a season, and that's exactly what happened to me. While I had to step away and focus on my health, the goal never left my mind.

Today, I'm grateful, motivated, and ready to continue this journey with a renewed appreciation for every opportunity ahead. Becoming an EA has been a goal I'm passionate about because it allows me to better serve individuals, families, and business owners with their tax and financial needs.

The road may not have gone exactly as planned, but I'm a firm believer that setbacks can become setups for an even stronger comeback.

I'll share more about what happened when the time is right, but for now, I'm focused on moving forward, learning, growing, and getting this done.

📚 Back to studying.
💪 Back to the grind.
🎯 Back to the goal.

Here's to finishing what I started and earning those EA credentials!

🚨 Vital Question For group Home Owners 🚨

If the IRS asked you TODAY to prove every deduction you took last year, could you confidently provide the documentation?

Or would you be scrambling through emails, bank statements, receipts, and spreadsheets trying to piece everything together?

Here’s the truth:

Messy bookkeeping doesn’t just create stress-
It creates missed deductions, cash flow problems, inaccurate decisions, and unnecessary tax liability.

The businesses that win financially aren’t always the ones making the most money💯

They’re the ones that KNOW their numbers.

Now is the time to:

✅ Clean up your books
✅ Separate business and personal expenses
✅ Track profitability correctly
✅ Prepare for tax planning BEFORE year-end
✅ Build a business that’s actually scalable

Bookkeeping is not just data entry.
It’s the foundation of smart tax strategy and financial growth.

Question:

How confident are you in your bookkeeping right now honestly? 👀

Are you a business owner who is struggling with a huge tax bill year after year?🙁

Do you cringe every time the tax deadline approaches?😩

Do you purchase thousands in supplies for your business each year only to still be left with a tax liability?

Do you wish that there was something that you could do to lower or even eliminate your tax bill all together?

Are you tired of hearing how these major companies are paying ZERO dollars in taxes while you are stuck with the bill?😡

If you have answered "YES" to any of these questions then you are not alone.

There's an old saying that goes, "What you don't know won't hurt you."

Sometimes it's true, but more often than not it's false.

Especially when it comes to financial matters like taxes!

For example, most people don't know that there's a difference between tax compliance and tax planning.

They just think, "Well I need to pay my taxes." Nothing I can really do about it." I just pay whatever my accountant or Turbo Tax tells me to pay.

What's the difference between Tax Compliance and Tax Planning?

Tax Compliance-

Think of this as doing the bare minimum when it comes to taxes. When it comes to filing tax returns, you, your tax professional, or CPAs priorities include-ensuring all your taxes are filed correctly, that your taxes are paid and that you comply with all local, state and federal tax requirements.

Tax Planning-

This is about proactively looking for ways to reduce your tax liabilities. It requires deep knowledge of your specific tax situation, tax laws and proper use of entities(LLC's, Corporations, etc. Tax planning should take place throughout the year.

The biggest difference between the two is that one is reactive and one is proactive💡

If all you do every year is file and pay your taxes then you are being reactive and you will end up paying alot more because of it!

However, if you're proactive and you come up with a smart plan on how to reduce your taxes you can save thousands of dollars every single year!💰

Taxes are typically the biggest ongoing expense in your life, it's worth some time(doesn't have to be alot)to be proactive about this.

🤯LAST CALL BEFORE THE DEADLINE

If you haven’t filed your taxes yet don’t panic, but don’t wait either.

I am still accepting a limited number of clients for tax extensions 👀

Here’s the truth:
Most people think an extension = more time to pay ❌
It actually only gives you more time to file

Meaning: if you wait too long, it could cost you.

If you:
✔️ Haven’t filed yet
✔️ Feel overwhelmed or behind
✔️ Just need someone to handle it correctly

I got you.

💡 I’m helping a few individuals and business owners get compliant, avoid penalties, and breathe again before the deadline.

❌️Limited spots available (once they’re gone, they’re gone)

Drop “EXTENSION” in the comments or click below to secure your spot:

For those of you who still need me, I’m here. My full calendar reopens in May for tax strategy and bookkeeping clients.

Until then…

Toodles😘😘😘

🚨 Tax Deadline Update 🚨

Hey everybody!

We are officially in crunch time ⏰, and extensions are currently being filed.

If you know you are not ready to file your return by the deadline, you MUST let me know ASAP so we can get your extension submitted properly.

👉🏾 Deadline to request an extension: Tuesday, April 14th

After this date, I cannot guarantee that your extension will be filed on time.

To be clear, filing an extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay. If you owe, you still want to make a payment to avoid penalties and interest.

Don’t wait until the last minute and put yourself in a bad position.

✨ Friendly Reminder ✨

Hey everyone 💚

The tax deadline is quickly approaching on April 15th.

If you are currently on my client list and still need to submit documents, this is your reminder 👇🏾

Please make sure all outstanding documentation is submitted by April 6th.

This allows me enough time to prepare your return accurately and thoroughly, especially with the current volume.

If I do not receive everything by April 6th,
➡️ An extension will be filed on your behalf.

Just a quick reminder,
An extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay.

Let’s stay ahead and avoid any last-minute stress 😊

If you have questions or need guidance, I’m here to help!
