A lot of people need to hear this.....When Obama took office with a struggling economy...DOW hovering around 14000...it came back to over 28000 Pts.....despite a house speaker that was committed to a one term president and fought him every inch of the way. When ORANGEHEAD took over a thriving economy, he boasted as he was booted from office that the stock market reach unprecedented highs...because of him and it reached 30000... Well today its over 37000 pts. But no one seems to remember eating in parking lots, not restaurants, covid hair, because all the barbershops, nail salons hair dressers were all closed. Remember refrigerated trucks with bodies..and nurses, and other employees worried about working because of this???? Remember drink clorox??? Thatll fix covid??? Or it will w**d out the weak???? And not to much done?? Remember 14 votes to get a house republican speaker, who was for the first time ever booted out of office??? And no work being done in our country, remember the roads and pot holes...Remember Santos a lying republican finally booted from office???? Remember Biden is senile...a child sniffer...dementia all the other things trying to pin on him...hes dumb cant handle the country...Well he is...yes he is like it or not...and the Smart guy ORANGEHEAD is NOT THE PRESIDENT And all the post about we dont hear anything about build back better????....well people are back to work, covid is under control...economy is back like it or not and I for one dont want to go backwards, and blame everything on immigrants. I can not stress this enough....all my small business owners you must keep better an accurate records....you cant mix personal and business income and expenses...YOU NEED A SEPARATE DEDICATED BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
The same goes with RENTAL PROPERTIES....you just cant collect rental income or air b&b income and mix it with personal accounts....you need dedicated accounts for income and expenses Do this and you wont have much trouble with the IRS or NY State which both agencies are INCREASING audits and enforcement
