🎉A big day for the Carter-Stearns Financial family.🎉
Andrew Stearns – husband of our President, Mandee Carter-Stearns – passed his Series 65 exam today, an important milestone on the path to becoming an Investment Adviser Representative.
For those outside the financial world: the Series 65 is the rigorous exam the SEC and state regulators require of anyone who wants to provide investment advice under a fiduciary standard – the legal duty to put clients' interests first.
Dee Carter built this practice on the value of serving West Texas families well. His daughter Mandee carried it forward. And today, Andrew took his own first major step in that same world.
Andrew, we could not be prouder of you. Congratulations.
